Annual Schools Quiz
The annual primary schools quiz was held in the Lisdoo on Monday 27th February 2007. There were 23 participating teams from primary schools around the Dundalk urban area. The winners were St. Malachy's Boys School, with Scoil Mhuire na nGael taking 2nd and 3rd place.

Change in Savings Account Limit
As of 19th January 2007 the limit on the Ordinary and Special Savings accounts with Dundalk Credit Union has been raised from €50,000 to €150,000.

New Deposit Account Limit
Under new legislation signed by Brian Cowan, Minister for Finance, the limit on Credit Union Deposit accounts has been raised from €26,000 to €100,000.
