CU Online’s Mobile Banking App

Dear Member,

With Cuchullain Credit Union and Dundalk Credit Union now successfully merged, you will notice that the format of your former Cuchullain Credit Union membership number has changed slightly.

Your new account number will still contain your original Cuchullain Credit Union number at the end, it will just have a 6-digit format, this is achieved by simply adding 100,000 to your number. For example where x is the digits in your Cuchullain account number:

You can now register for CU Online with Dundalk Credit Union. This will allow you to access your account anytime, anywhere – on your laptop, tablet or mobile.

How do I access the Dundalk Credit Union Mobile APP?

Once you are registered for CU Online you can now download the Dundalk Credit Union Mobile App on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.  Here’s a video that shows you what you need to do to.  It will only take a few short minutes to complete.

I’m having problems registering for CU Online, what can I do?

Don’t worry, simply call our office – 042-93 35489 and select Option 4 and one of our team will help you.

Will someone ask me for my CU Online login details on the phone?

No, Dundalk Credit Union will never ask you for these details over the phone or in person.  We can help you by using your new Dundalk Credit Union member number.
