Contract Type: Fixed-term, full-time (including Saturdays)

The Opportunity:
We are looking for empathetic, positive, and team-oriented individuals to join our credit union. As a Member Services Team Member, you’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning. You’ll help members manage their finances confidently, whether online, over the phone, or in person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to all members — creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Process member transactions accurately and promptly, including lodgements, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Listen carefully to member needs and offer guidance on Credit Union products and services that best support them.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability within the Member Services team.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate flexibility by supporting colleagues and assisting across branches as needed.

You’ll bring:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail.
• The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• A flexible approach to work, including Saturdays and cross-branch support.
• Previous customer service experience (retail or financial services experience is preferable).
• Full clean driving licence and own transport required.
