We are aware that some members have received a text message claiming to be from the Credit Union, saying that a new payee has been added to their account and asking them to call a number.

This message is fraudulent.

Please do not respond, click on any links, or call the number provided.

We want to remind all our members:

• We will never contact you by SMS to say a new payee has been added to your account.
• We will never ask you to click a link or call a number to “unlock” your account.

If you ever have concerns, please contact us directly using the official details on our website or call into your local branch.
