Keeping Your Information Up to Date


It’s important to keep your details up to date and as accurate as possible. If any of your identification or contact details change please let us know as soon as possible.


If you believe the photo ID we have on record is out of date or you obtain a new photo ID please bring this with you to our office and we will update our records. Having your most recent photo ID on record also helps keep your account secure.


If you change your residential address please provide us with proof of the new address so we can update it. Proof of your new address can be any household utility bill, financial statement or addressed letter from a government agency dated within the previous six months.


If any of your other contact details change (telephone, mobile, email) change we can also update these for you, just let us know.
